Nepal Police club has entered semifinals of 1st Birgunj gold cup football tournament.

Nepal Police Club thrashed Clive House Dum Dum Kolkata, India 7-1 on Monday to enter semifinals.

Pratap Gurung scored five goals alone while Prabin Thapa & Bibek Santoshi scored apiece for the winners.

Aman Munshi scored one for Kolkata.

Five goal hero Gurung became the player of the match. NPC will now play against Veteran city club in the semifinals.

Nepal super league side, Jhapa FC will play against Tribhuwan Army FC in the quarterfinal match on Tuesday.
