Nuwakot United FC has clinched the title of Nuwakot district league.

Nuwakot United FC defeated New Star Club, Trisuli 3-1 in the final match played on Saturday.

Sahil Nagarkoti, Santosh Thapa and Aunil Kumal scored apiece for the winners. Om Prakash scored one for the losing side.

The champions received NRs 50,000 and has also booked a place in Bagmati province league.

10 teams took part in the league, which was organized by Nuwakot DFA.
