Degending champs Salhesh yuwa club has entered semifinals of 11th RARA gold cup football tournament at Rajarani, Dhankuta.

Salhesh toiled hard to beat Golden Star club, Duhabi 2-1 on Sunday in the last quarterfinal match played at Rajarani stadium.

Arman Beudom (8') & Aditya Shakya (90+2) scored apiece for the winners. Kripa Chaudhary scored one for Golden in 16th minute.

Jaya Gurung became the POTM & received NRs 7,000 cash.

In the first semifinal on Monday, hosts RARA FC will take on Dangihat youth club. The championship has a winning purse of NRs 5 lakh.
