Province 1 chief minister league qualifiers got underway at Tharuhat Udayapur stadium on Monday.

The champions of Khotang, Bakshila FC played brave 1-1 draw against Belbari FC, the champions of Morang this morning.

Susan Lama scored for Morang in 29th minute. Sailendra Bajimaya scored a lovely free kick goal in 90+3 to level the score for Khotang.

Shailendra Bajimaya became the man of the match and received Nrs 5000 cash.

There are five teams in the group. Two teams will go to the final round.

League champions from 14 districts are taking part in the qualifiers ( played in Udayapur, Sunsari & Ilam).

ANFA is organizing the league, which is sponsored by province 1 government.
