Jhapa: Hosts Jalthal FC Enters SFs Of 2nd Haldibari Gold Cup

Hosts Jalthal FC has entered semifinals of 2nd Haldibari gold cup football tournament in Jhapa.

Jalthal FC defeated Red Horse Ilam FC 5-3 on penalties to enter last four on Sunday.

Both teams played 1-1 draw in regulation time. Red Horse equalized the score in the last seconds of the match.

Sanjit Rai from Jalthal became the man of the match.

Red Star FC, Birtamod will take on Panchayan FC, Sunsari on Monday.

The championship has a winning purse of Nrs 1,21,000.
