Jhapa Women Gold Cup has officially announced that the tournament generated a profit of Rs 50,40,111, the organizers confirmed.

According to Committee President Santosh Thopra, strong fan turnout, overwhelming local support and effective event management were key factors behind the competition’s impressive financial success. The organizers extended heartfelt gratitude to all participating teams, sponsors, volunteers and supporters for making the event a grand and memorable occasion.

The committee stated that the profit amount will be utilized for the development of women’s football and grassroots programs in the district.

On the field, Nepal Police Club clinched the title after defeating APF FC in the final, taking home the Nrs 10 lakh winner’s prize.
