Bahundangi FC of Jhapa has become the champion of Jhapa District B Division League. Bahundangi became the champion by defeating Birtamod United FC in the final match held on Thursday.

Both the teams promoted from B division had a final competition. In which Bahundangi defeated Birtamod with a 3-2 goal difference.

Rikki became the player of the match and player of the tournament. Similarly, the highest scorer was Sujan Bishwakarma of Birtamod, the best goalkeeper was Abhishek Limbu of Bahundangi and the best coach was Bimalraj Pandey of Bahundangi.

Runner-up Birtamod settled for 15,000 in cash, while champion team Bahundangi got 30,000 in cash along with the title.

They were awarded by former MLA Brikh Pradhan, president of Jhapa District Football Association Bhagirath Ale Mama, vice president Manesh Dahal, treasurer Bhupen Limbu, members Tekraj Teeling, Amir Shrestha and others.
