Coach Alberto commended his team's outstanding display in this crucial fixture, expressing pride in their collective effort.
"Boys played very well in what was a must win match for us. I am proud of my team, they put their best effort! Now we will have more competitive matches and Boys will have more opportunities to do better for the country and themselves. It was very significant for me to qualify as well. We had several opportunities in both halves where we should have done better, some mistakes were also made but it's a process and we are learning as the Boys are young and have better days ahead", said Alberto.
He conveyed his optimism about the future, as the team will now face even more formidable opponents in the upcoming rounds.
Furthermore, Coach Alberto emphasized the significance of this qualification for him personally. While reflecting on the match, Coach Alberto acknowledged that there were missed opportunities and errors made throughout both halves.
