Gaighat FC and Fusion FC 'B' have qualified for the semifinals of the Open Seven-a-side football tournament in Gaighat, Udaypur. Gaighat FC defeated 11 Star FC while Fusion beat Jaljale to reach the semifinals of the tournament.

Gaighat defeated 11 Star FC 4-3 on penalties. Gaighat GK Uddhab Magar was named the player of the match. Anamol Rai and Nabin Magar couldn't convert their spot-kicks for 11 Star.

In the other match of the day, Sunil Khadka scored in a 1-0 victory for Fusion. Bisu Pariyar of Jaljale was named the player of the match.

Fusion FC and Brothers Group are jointly organizing the tournament in coordination with Udaypur District Football Association.
