Gaindakot FC has entered quarterfinals of Pacific college 4th Chitwan championship.

Gaindakot defeated The Famous battalion 2-1 in Bharatpur on Friday.

Kancha Gurung and Dipesh Magar scored apiece for the winners. Sudipraj Shrestha scored for Army men.

Goalie Akash Ranabhat became the man of the match.

Jugedi club will meet Abhisek Church in Saturday's match.

The championship has a winning purse of Rs 2,22,222.
