Birtamod United Sidelines Jalthal FC To Enter Final Of Late Kajiman Subba Memorial Cup

Birtamod United has entered final of late Kajiman Subba memorial cup football tournament at Chandragadhi, Jhapa.

Birtamod sidelined Jalthal FC in a lengthy sudden death battle on Saturday.

Both teams played 1-1 draw in regulation time before going to spot kick battle.

Defender Bishal Basnet became the player of the match. Former Nepal international Anil Subba gave away prizes to Basnet.

Birtamod will play against hosts Kajiman FC in the final match on Monday.

Kajiman Subba memorial foundation is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 50,000.
