New Danfe club has lifted the title of Dan Bahadur memorial Makwanpur district league.

New Danfe defeated Hatiya Sports academy 4-1 on penalties to lift the title on Saturday.

Both teams played 0-0 draw in regulation time.

The champions received Nrs 1 lakh and runners up team got Nrs 50,000. Ayur Ghalan was adjudged the most valuable player of the tournament and received Nrs 10,000 cash.

Best DF: Rajesh Pandey
Best MF: Fatteman Ghale
Best FW: Bishal Bholan

All of them got Nrs 5,000 each.

Hetauda sub-metro mayor Hari Bahadur Mahat, Makwanpur DFA president Tikaram Lama and other guests distributed prizes to the winners.
