Taplejung: 4th Pathivara Gold Cup Kicks Off; Red Horse Ilam Enters QFs

4th Pathivara gold cup got underway in Fungling, Taplejung on Thursday.

Red Horse FC Ilam defeated Pomu Kechang club, Taplejung 3-0 to enter quarterfinals.

Fofona scored a brace (17', 27') and Pasang Sherpa scored another (8') for the winners.

Two goal hero Fofona became the man of the match and received Nrs 5,000 cash.

Earlier chief guest Dhanendra Maden inaugurated the championship, which is organized by Lakhe Jatra organizing committee.
