Christian youth club has entered quarterfinals in 1st Jana Jyoti cup in Rupandehi district.

Christian defeated Mayadevi FC, Kaireni 4-1 on Monday.

Niraj Thapa scored a hat trick while Bishnu Aale scored another for the winners. Amit chhetri scored a consolation goal for Mayadevi.

Hat trick hero Niraj Thapa became the man of the match. Jharna sports club will meet Siddhartha FC on Tuesday.

Sixteen teams are participating in the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 1,11,111.
