Ilam: Nepal Police Club Enters SFs Of Mai Valley Gold Cup

Nepal Police club has entered semifinals of Mai Valley gold cup football tournament in Ilam.

Nepal Police defeated visitors Darjeeling United 2-1 in a tightly contested match.

Saujan Yakha (7') and Bharat Shah (81') scored apiece for the departmental side. Karan Rai scored for Darjeeling in 85th minute.

Yakha became the man of the match and received Nrs 10,000 cash.

Mai Valley FC is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 7 lakh.
