Police keeper Shatrudhan Choudhary thwarted the attempts of APF, who are also the winners of the 20th edition of the title. In the 33rd minute of the match, Pradap Lama's shot hit the crossbar and APF missed the equalizer. Pradeep got another opportunity in the corner kick and saved the attempt to score with the head by the keeper Shatrudhan.
