St. Xaviers defeated Puspanjali secondary school 2-0 to qualify for last eight.

Abhinav Bista scored both goals for the winners. Sabal Maharjan became the man of the match.

In the second match, LA school Hattiban defeated KUHS school 4-0. Bhargab Silwal scored a hat trick while Lakshya Maharjan scored another for the winners. Shreeshya Dawadi became the player of the match.

Crescent academy Godawari defeated GEMS 4-0. Puspak Rai scored a brace while Shiva Thapa Magar and Mohit Tamang scored apiece for the winners. Tamang became the man of the match.

St. Xavier's school Godawari B team played 2-2 draw against St. Xavier's school Jawalakhel B team.
