Myanmar U16 defeated Philippines U16 5-1 to finish AFC U16 group E qualifiers as group winners.

Swe Mar Aung (45+2’, 90+2’) and Zin Mar (15’, 47’) scored brace each hile Myat Noe (20’) scored another for Myanmar. 


Mikaela Villacin scored a consolation for Philippines in 62nd minute. 



Myanmar has qualified to the second round. Philippines still has chance to go to 2nd round as best runners up.

Total of 12 teams, including 3 teams with automatic berths ( Korea DPR, Korea Republic, Japan) and host Thailand, will play the main event.
