Ridi FC has won the title of Reedy Cup Open Seven A Side Knockout Football Tournament organized by Ridi Football Club on the occasion of its foundation day.

In the final, Ridi managed to lift the title by defeating Thapley Football Club in a tiebreaker. After the scheduled match ended in a goalless draw, Riddy became the winner by winning 2-0 against Thaplema in the tiebreaker.

Ridi, who became the winner, received 25,000 in cash along with the title, while Thaple, the runner-up, got 15,000 with a trophy, medal and certificate.

On this occasion, the president of the organizing club, Prayas Kasaju, expressed his thanks and gratitude to all those who helped to complete the competition successfully. He also said that he is planning to conduct such sports activities continuously to make Gulmi district known.
