Readers Public High School, Resunga, Tamghas has emerged as the champion of the 5th Pulchok Cup Women’s Football Tournament.

In a tightly contested final on Saturday, Readers clinched the title with a narrow 1-0 victory over Siddhababa Secondary School, Resung.

As the champions, Readers Public High School received a cash prize of 33,333 rupees along with the title. In the semi-finals, Readers Public High School secured their spot in the final by overcoming Little Stars Public School, while Siddhababa Secondary School advanced by defeating Mahendra Mavi.

The tournament, hosted by Pulchok Sports Club, Resunga-8, Gulmi, saw participation from 14 women’s football teams across the district.
