Machhindra FC has entered semifinals of 6th Bagmati gold cup football tournament.

Machhindra FC sidelined Jawalakhel youth club 3-1 on penalties on Saturday to enter last four.

Both teams played 0-0 draw in regulation time before inviting a spot kick battle.

GK Pradip Bhandari became the player of the match & received NRs 10,000 cash.

Hosts Bagmati rural municipality, Makwanpur will take on Tribhuwan Army FC in the last quarterfinal match tomorrow.

The championship has a winning purse of NRs 10 lakh.
