6th Makwanpur Gold Cup: NRT Enters SFs

1st Ilam gold cup champs, New Road Team (NRT) has entered semifinals of 6th Makwanpur gold cup football tournament.

NRT came from two goal down to beat Church Boys United 4-3 on penalties. Both teams played 2-2 draw in regulation time.

NRT's Bibek Gurung became the POTM and received NRs 10,000.

Regal Hetauda Resort Makwanpur XI will take on Right Lane Bagmati club in the second quarterfinal match on Sunday.

Makwanpur DFA is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 15 lakh.
