The organizer Namo Buddha Youth Club, Saptari has entered the finals of the first Khadak Deputy Mayor Women's Gold Cup Knockout Football Tournament held here at Khadak, Saptari.

Towards the first semi-final, Namo Buddha managed to reach the title by defeating Gaighat Football Club, Udaipur by 2 goals against zero. Mamta Raut was declared the player of the match by the organizer Namo Buddha.

According to the organizers, the second semi-final match on Saturday 7th January will be played between Dharan Women's Football Club, Sunsari and Rautahat Football Association, Rautahat.

The winner of the competition organized by Namo Buddha Youth Club, Saptari will receive a cash prize of Rs. The final match of the tournament in which a total of eight teams are participating will be held on the 9th of January.
