On the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami and Diwali, under the banner of 'Sports for Health, Sports for the Nation,' the inaugural Roman Cup Knockout Football Tournament, orchestrated by the Namaste Yuva Club in Hariwan-6, Charlik, Sarlahi, is set to kick off on October 20th.

The tournament's schedule, to be hosted at the Hariwan-6 Charlik Stadium, has been officially unveiled. The opening match will witness a showdown between the host team, Namaste Yuva Club, and Young Star United Club.

The triumphant team in this competition, generously sponsored by the dedicated young sports enthusiast and football player, Roman Lama, will be awarded a substantial cash prize.

Additionally, the organizers have made provisions for commendable awards in various individual player categories. The grand finale, featuring a total of 16 participating teams, is scheduled for the 5th of Kartik.
