Hetauda (GoalNepal) - The financial statement of the Martyr's Memorial Makwanpur Gold Cup has been released by Maknwapur District Football Association. The statement was released in a program held on Monday.

Rs. 1,09,67,953 was the total expenditure of the tournament held in Piple Stadium in Hetauda. Pratap Bista, coordinator of the competition, informed about the expenses. The total income of the tournament was 1,31,45,454. The organizers have presented a total profit of Rs. 21,36,401. 

For organizing the tournament, nearly 60 lakh rupees were received from the local levels in Makwanpur and 41 lakh 91 thousand rupees from the Bagmati Province Sports Development Council.

The tournament was held from June 2 to 13. Tribhuwan Army FC won the tournament by defeating local side Bijay Youth Club 2-1 in the final.
