U-20 National Women's Team Selections Scheduled For Poush 10

Kathmandu (GoalNepal) - All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) have written to all the District Football Associations to make players available for the national U-20 women's team selections for the upcoming SAFF U-20 Women's Championship. The selections will be held at ANFA Complex, Satdobato, on Poush 10.
The tournament is starting from February 3-13 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Nepal, India, and Bhutan, alongside hosts Bangladesh, will compete in the tournament. Nepal
Players must report at 8:00 AM on the day with the required documents, as mentioned below. Players born after January 1, 2004, will be eligible for selection.
Yam Gurung will bear the responsibilities of the team head coach ahead of the SAFF U-20 Women's Championship. Along with Gurung, Sandesh Shrestha has been appointed as the side's assistant coach, while Sri Prakash Baidhya will serve as the team's goalkeeping coach. Indu Duwal has been responsible for being the Team Manager for the championship.
Nepal will kick their campaign off by facing hosts Bangladesh in the second match of the opening day.
India and Bhutan will open proceedings going head-to-head in the tournament's opening match. The top two teams at the end of the round-robin stage will face each other for the title.
