
Local-level Martyr's Memorial Makwanpur Gold Cup 2079 will continue today in Hetauda with the third quarterfinal of the tournament.
Home side Bijay Youth Club will take on Nawa Jana Jagriti Youth Club, Simara at Piple Stadium in Hetauda. This match between the heavyweights will kick off at 4:00 PM.
This is BYC's first match of the tournament while NJJYC are in the quarterfinals by defeating Bagmati Youth Club, Sarlahi 2-0.
The winner of the competition will get Rs 15 lakhs in cash along with the title while the runner-up will get Rs 10 lakhs. Similarly, those who excel in the individual category will also be given Rs 25,000 cash and a trophy each.
The Man of the Match of each game will get Rs 10,000 including a trophy and the best player in the competition will get a motorcycle sponsored by the Hetauda School of Management.
A total of 12 teams including top clubs of the country are participating in the competition.
