Nepal police club coach Ananta Raj Thapa knows how to motivate his players.

After winning 2-1 against Sankata club in the semifinal match of Redbull 20th Budha Subba gold cup, coach Thapa lauded effort from his boys.

"Honestly, we have started playing football with proper plan and with proper strategy. In a month, a good bonding is created among the players and also between coaches and the players. After winning NSC Cup in Dang and 16th Aaha! RARA Gold Cup in Pokhara, understanding between the coach and the players have gone beyond everything", said Thapa.

"Players are fulfilling their duty. They are doing justice to my way of football. I am happy", added Thapa.

When asked which team he would prefer in the final match, former Nepal international Thapa said, "We are ready for any team. We will stick to our plan and will try to play beautiful game".

Ruslan Three Star club will play against Durgapur Steel FC Kolkata in the second semifinal match on Thursday.
