Biratnagar XI has entered semifinals of Birat gold cup football tournament.

Biratnagar XI defeated Siliguri United 3-0 in the quarterfinal match played at Sahid Maidan on Saturday.

Man of the match, Sunil Khadka scored a brace. He became the man of the match and received NRs 10,000 cash.

Punjab Police will play against Machhindra FC in second quarterfinal match on Sunday.

Birat gold cup trust is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 15 lakh.
