Ilam: Sakhejung Gold Cup Kicks Off

1st Sakhejung gold cup got underway at Nepaltar, Ilam on Friday.

Fungwa yuwa club defeated hosts Sakhejung FC 1-0 in the opening match. Fungwa scored the goal in the wee hours to secure semifinal berth.

Helibodh FC will play against Deumai municipality RYC on Saturday.

Sakhejung gold cup committee is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 1,11,111. Runners up team will get NRs 55,555.
