3rd Makwanpur Gold Cup: League Champs White Lions Enter SFs

League champs, Machhindra FC, playing without foreign recruits, has entered semifinals of 3rd Makwanpur gold cup football tournament.
Machhindra defeated Sankata club 1-0 in the quarterfinal match played at Forestry campus field on Monday.
Rajesh Pariyar scored the match winning goal in 25th minute of the match and became the player of the match.
African Roots, Cameroon will play against Bagmati Club, Sarlahi in the last quarterfinal match of the event on Tuesday.
Makwanpur DFA is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 10 lakh. The MVP will get one Royal Enfield bike worth NRs 5 lakh.
