5th Refugee Challenge Cup: Hosts Youth Friendly Centre Beats Letang FC

Hosts Youth Friendly Centre defeated Letang FC 2-0 to move second round of 5th Refugee Challenge cup football tournament at Pathari, Morang.

Umesh Rai (11') and Nitin Thapa (66') scored apiece for the winners. Both teams fielded A Division league players.

Umesh Rai became the player of the match.

Young Brothers FC will play against YFC B on Thursday.

Youth Friendly Centre is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 1,01,000.

Sector I family, USA is the main sponsor of the event.
