Member-Secretary of the National Sports Council, Tankalal Ghising emphasized that everyone should practice yoga and make it a habit.

On the occasion of the International Yoga Day, member-secretary Ghising said in a program organized by the Nepal Yoga Sports Association at Rakhep's Covered Hall in Tripureshwar on Friday - 'We all should practice and make a habit of doing yoga. Yoga makes us healthy not only physically but also mentally.

Member-Secretary Ghising said that he expects more cooperation and expectation from the Yoga Association to make sports training more organized.

Yoga Sangh celebrated International Yoga Day in Nepal with the support of Anand Marg Yoga Samaj, Nepal. In the event attended by more than 1,000 people, yoga players performed an attractive performance. Representatives of India and Bangladesh were also present.
