Hetauda sub-metropolitan city has won the title of Shahid Rudra Pakhrin, Basudev Ghimire inter-municipal running shield futsal tournament organized by Sports Development Committee, Makwanpurgarhi rural municipality.

In the final, Hetauda managed to win the title by defeating the organizer Makwanpurgadhi Rural Municipality Sports Development Committee 7-4. Hetauda, who became the winner, received 1 lakh 25 thousand in cash along with the title, while the runner-up Makwanpurgarhi got 75 thousand with a trophy, medal and certificate.

Hetauda's Vishwa Lama was selected as the man of the match in the final match. Sujal Lama of Hetauda became the best goalkeeper in other categories. Hetauda's Samirraj Thokar was chosen as the best player of the tournament.

Sujan Bhomjan of Makwanpurgarhi won the award for the highest scorer, while Durlav Kumar Dulal of Makwanpurgarhi was declared the emerging player. The winners and runners-up were awarded by the chief guests of Makwanpurgarhi Rural Municipality, Dorje Lama Syangtan, Vice President Man Kumari Pakhrin and others.
