Red Horse FC, Ilam has entered semifinals of 1st Taplejung gold cup football tournament in Fungling.

Red Horse FC defeated Gorkha Sporting club, Damak 2-0 in the second quarterfinal match played on Friday.

Yubaraj Rai (10') & Aashish Rai (59') scored apiece for the winners.

Rai became the player of the match.

Phidim sporting club will play against Pathari XI FC in third quarterfinal match on Saturday.

The championship has a winning purse of NRs 3,11,000.
