Church Boys United has entered semifinals of Jagadamba steel 13th Jeetpur simara gold cup football tournament.

CBU sidelined APF FC 2-1 in the last quarterfinal match played at Simara stadium on Tuesday.

Santosh Neupane & Ranjeet Pandey scored apiece for the winners. Santosh Shrestha scored one for APF.

Bempah became the player of the match and received NRS 10,000.

Makwanpur XI will play against Himalayan Sherpa in the first semifinal match on Wednesday.

NJJYC Simara is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 10 lakh.
