Pathari 11 has entered the final of the Mangalbare Shukrabare open knockout football tournament.

In today's semi-final, Pathari defeated Taltalaiya Football Club 4-3 in a tiebreaker to enter the final. Roman Limbu scored the first goal for Taltalaiya in the first half. Similarly, Min Dhimal of Pathari 11 scored the equalizer in the second half.

Roman added another goal in the second half which was again neutralised by Sanam Tamang of Pathari to make it 2-2. The match was then sent to shootout where Pathari emerged victorious.

Pathari GK Manoj Gurung was named the player of the match and received Rs. 1,500. Pathari will face Shimhadevi FC in the final on Saturday.

The winner of the competition will get a cash prize of Rs 55,555 and the runner-up will get Rs 35,555 including trophy medals and certificates. The Man of the Match of each game will get 1500 cash prizes, the best player will get 5000 cash and the player who excels in each category will get 3000 cash prizes.
