
The Barahchhetra Nagar Sporting Development Committee has donated sports equipment worth Rs. 2,25,000 to Mount Everest Sporting Club. The club has been giving free daily football training to local women football players at the training center since its establishment, with a focus on the growth of women's football.
A sports program was organized and the sports equipment was received by the club from the hands of Mr. Nilam Khanal, the Mayor of Barahchhetra Municipality for running the academy.
On the occasion, Harikrishna Bhattarai, Member of Nagar Sports Development Committee Arun Rai, Chairman of Adarsha Madhyamik Vidyalaya Steering Committee Yadav Gautam, Chairman of Hatkhola Football Club Bikas Sunuwar, Senior Social Worker Dhyan Bahadur Sunuwar, Durga Shrestha, and other well-wishers were present. The distribution of sporting materials was overseen by Mr. Jitendra Rai, the Club's Vice President.
The Mount Everest Sporting Club's football training center has produced three national U-15 female players.
