
Qatar Ambassador to Nepal H.E Mr. Yousif Bin Me Al-Hail visited ANFA complex, Satdobato on Friday to meet Russia bound street children team.
Ambassador Al-Hail is an avid football lover who holds a FIFA coaching certificate.
He played a friendly match with the players from street children team.
"It's my pleasure to be here. Nepal has good players. It needs more funding from the government. If the team gets support from the government and the people I am sure the team will do very well. The team should do some understanding with foreign based team to excel. More stadiums should be built to do more progress. Qatar is willing to help in infrastructure development. If Nepal needs help in sports we are more than willing to do that", ANFA quoted his excellency in a release.
He extended his best wishes to the team and motivated the team.
Street Children team from Nepal will be leaving for Russia on May 17, 2018.
The team is coached by Rajan Neupane and ANFA coach Nabin Maharjan.
