Ilam: Construction Of Jamuna Football Ground Begins

Construction of Jamuna football ground has begun at Jamuna, Sandakpur rural municipality, Ilam.

Province 1 government has separated Nrs 20 lakh for the construction of the ground.

According to former football player Umesh Gurung, there is 25 ropanees of land for the ground.

Ward president Jit Bahadur Sanwa said they will construct the ground, players box, fourth official desk and stands.

Chirring Gurung and Darshan Gurung are some notable players from the region.
