Senior team midfielder Sujal Shrestha will lead Nepal U23 squad for 13th SA Games.

As per the rule, team can field three senior players (Bikesh Kuthu, Sujal Shrestha & Bikram Lama)

Nepal is hosting SA Games from December 1-10, 2019 in three cities; Kathmandu, Pokhara and Janakpur. Men's football will be played at Dasharath stadium and women's team will be played at Pokhara stadium.
