Sankata Club Sidelines Nepal Army To Enter SFs Of 2nd Nuwakot Gold Cup

Sankata club has entered semifinals of 2nd Nuwakot gold cup football tournament.

Sankata club defeated Nepal Army 2-0 to enter last four on Saturday.

Laxman Ruchal scored both goals for the winners. Ruchal scored first with his long ranger, almost from central mark. He put ice in the cake in the wee hours.

Ruchal became the man of the match and received Nrs 10,000 cash.

Nepal Police club will play against Nepal APF in third quarterfinal match on Sunday.

Nuwakot DFA and Nuwakot district sports development committee are organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 6 lakh.
