All Nepal Football Association(ANFA) is organizing Martyr's Memorial C Division League 2076 Qualification from Jestha 7.

Interested teams are requested to register their name at ANFA's Secretariat office by Baisakh 30 with a deposit receipt of Rs.15,000 at Nepal Investment Bank account number 00101010031354.

The team must bring the following documents during team registration.

1. A copy of certificate registered at District Administration Office, National Sports Council or District Sports Development Committee
2. A copy of Permanent Account Number(PAN).
3. Decision of Club/team's working committee
4. Details of Accounting Testing Details
5. Team/Club statutes.
