Ruslan 9th Falgunanda Gold Cup: Sunsari XI Beats Divine Wines BUC In The Opener

Sunsari XI defeated Divine Wines Boys Union Club 3-0 in the opening match of Ruslan 9th Falgunanda gold cup football tournament.

Tirtha Basnet scored a brace (4', 36') while Saujan Yakha scored another (60') for the winners.

Two goal hero Basnet became the man of the match and he received Rs 10,000 cash.

Birtamod United will take on Mission United Taplejung on Saturday.

Phidim sporting club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 3 lakh.
