PFA Attariya has entered the finals of the 3rd Galaxy Public School Far West Pashupati Cup Football competition in Dhangadhi.

In the first semi final match played today in Dhangadi Stadium, PFA Attariya defeated Far West XI ‘A’ team 1-0.

In a very competitive match, it was Maniram Chaudahary of PFA Attariya who scored the most important goal. His goal came in 71st minute of the game, when he utilized the ball found in the D-Box and scored the goal kissing the side pole.

Far West XI also had several chances to equalize and to take lead, but couldn't convert those chances to goal. It was PFA Attariya’s Bishow Adhikari who won the man of the match award for his superb performance throughout the game.

Second semi final is scheduled for tomorrow where hosts Far West Pashupati Club will play against New Buddha Youth Club.

The winning prize of the competition is three lakhs. Runners up team will get Rs 1,50,000.
