Madan Bhandari Memorial Itahari Gold Cup: Mechi Netralaya Kakarvitta Football Training Center Enters Semifinals

Mechi Netralaya Kakarvitta Football Training Center marched to semifinals of Madan Bhandari memorial Itahari Gold cup defeating Daphinas Football Team, Cameroon 4-3 on penalties in the opener at Itahari stadium, Sunsari on Saturday. 

The teams played goalless draw in the regulation time before heading towards spot-kick battle. 

KFTC goalkeeper Deep Karki was declared the man of the match. He received Rs.10,000.

Rastriya Jagriti yuwa club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 16 lakh.

Final match will be played on Magh 19.
