Gulmi: Mahendra Namuna School Wins Title Of Bir Bhadra 14 Star Cup

Mahendra Namuna school has clinched the title of Bir Bhadra 14 Star inter school football championship.

Mahendra Namuna defeated Readers Public school 4-1 in the final match played in Tamghas on Tuesday.

Vishal Adhikari scored a brace while Sishir Thapa and Ramesh Chudara scored apiece for the winners. Prabesh KC scored a consolation goal for Readers.

The champions received Nrs 33,000 while runners up team got Nrs 22,000.

The tournament was organized by Birbhadra Jung Battalion of Gulmi district & 14 star club. Former national player and Nepal Army Major Janmat Karki and other guests distributed prizes to the winners.
