Ruslan 10th Falgunanda Gold Cup: Jhapa XI Wins The Title!!

Jhapa XI clinched the title of Ruslan 10th Falgunanda gold cup football tournament on Monday defeating Nepal Army 2-1 in the final match at Phidim school ground in Phidim, Panchthar.

Pujan Uparkoti scored both goals for Jhapa. Sudip Rai scored one for Army.

Uperkoti scored the opener in 23rd minute. Sudip Rai levelled the score in 71st minute.

Uparkoti scored the winner in a goal mouth melee  in 83rd minute.

Winners bagged Rs 4 lakh while runners up team got Rs 2 lakh.

NMB Phidim sporting club and Panchthar DFA jointly organized the championship.
