Mechi Netralaya Kakarvitta football training centre has entered quarterfinals of Nepal Ice Far West Khaptad gold cup in Dhangadi.

Mechi Netralaya FTC defeated hosts Far West XI in sudden death to enter quarterfinals on Tuesday.


Goalie Deep Karki became the man of the match and received Rs 10,000 cash.

Morang will play against Nepal Police on Wednesday.

Far West XI sports club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 21 lakh.
