Poet Alimiya memorial 7-A-Side cup got underway in Pokhara on Sunday.

Hosts Alimiya foundation defeated Dhampus FC 3-0 in the opening match.

Nasib Miya scored a brace while Ujim Gurung scored another for the winners.

In another match, Magarthok FC defeated Basko FC 2-1. In other matches, Yuwa tole defeated Milan Tole 2-0, Kalika FC defeated LG Association academy 2-1.
